The Scholarships Online Application student will investigate the potential benefits of telemedicine in the care of sick family analysis. This is an important area, but the object of research and the students have the opportunity to make an important contribution to both the knowledge of the methodology of telemedicine evaluation and apply it, to have telemedicine in the pediatric intensive care.
Self
You must have an Honours or Master's degree in a relevant field. JI particularly encourages applicants with a background in medicine, nursing, health sciences or public health. If you have skills or experience relevant prior art, it is likely that you register the same time (with costs covered by the university) in selected modules UQ graduate education (Introduction to Biostatistics, Introduction to the epidemiology). While the stock market is based in Brisbane, the occasional short trips will be needed for the project in regional Queensland hospitals work.
Remuneration
The Scholarships Online Application stipend will be at the rate of $25,000 (tax-free) for the first year. Students must be Australian residents and must be willing to obtain an Australian Postgraduate Award (APA) at UQ for the subsequent years of their postgraduate study.
